Where do we ship to?

We currently ship to all U.S. states except Puerto Rico and military installations.

How long does my Cashapp/Zelle/Bitcoin payment take to be received?

If you paid with Zelle, payments can take up to 12 hours to be reviewed and applied. If more than 24 hours have passed since payment and your order status isn’t “Processing” or “Completed,” please contact support@test.eternalpeptides.net.

If you paid with Bitcoin: confirmations can take up to 60 minutes for the network and our system to recognize your payment. If it’s been more than 2 hours and your order status isn’t “Processing” or “Completed,” please contact support@test.eternalpeptides.net.

Shipping time & cost?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 2 days, please check your spam/junk folder.

Delivery within the USA typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS Priority Shipping, available at a flat rate of $10.53. Priority Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $200.

We also offer an Express Shipping option for $45, which usually arrives within 1–2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond the control of Eternal Peptides, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Where is my email confirmation/tracking number?

Order confirmations are emailed right after checkout, and your tracking number is sent once your order ships. If you don’t see either email, please check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? There may be a typo on the order—contact support@test.eternalpeptides.net

Sometimes, when multiple order emails are grouped together in a thread, parts of the email, including important details, might be hidden under a three-dot “Show More” button. To view all the information, click on the three dots to expand the full email. This happens automatically to streamline your inbox, but expanding the email will reveal the complete order details.

Can I cancel my order? & what is your refund policy?

You may request a cancellation as long as your order has not been shipped yet. However, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact support@test.eternalpeptides.net to request a cancellation
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return window from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us at support@test.eternalpeptides.net within 7 days of delivery.

What happens after I order? & Is shipping discreet?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with tracking details.

We ensure that all shipments are safely, securely, and discreetly packaged. Every package is delivered in its best condition.

My order was returned to sender?

If your tracking shows “Returned to Sender,” please allow 1–2 days—USPS may attempt redelivery. If it isn’t redelivered within that window, contact us and we’ll reship your order. This issue is usually caused by an address error or typo, so please double-check your shipping details.

What do I do if I receive missing, damaged, or incorrect items or my package is missing or lost?

In the rare event that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, or if your package is missing or lost, please email support@test.eternalpeptides.net for assistance. Our customer support representatives are ready to ensure you are completely satisfied with our product quality, customer support, and delivery.

When will a product be restocked?

Items that are out of stock will be restocked in 1-3 weeks.

What discounts can be used together?

Certain discounts can be combined. These include:

Discounts tied to specific checkout options
Bulk purchase discounts on a single peptide
Automatically applied peptide sales or promotions

On top of these, you may also apply one coupon code. Please note that only one coupon can be used per order.

I signed up for the newsletter but didn't recieve my Coupon? Or I used a limited coupon but my payment didn't go through?

If you signed up for the news letter and did not receive your 10% off coupon code, please check your junk inbox. If you still are unable to locate it, please reach out to us at support@test.eternalpeptides.net

If you used a limited-use coupon but your payment didn’t go through, the coupon may have been marked as used. Please contact support, and we’ll gladly issue you a replacement coupon!
